Does it matter what pokeball you use in raids?
**Yes it Does** At the beginning of the game, it won’t really matter as the Pokémon have a low catch rate. But later one, you should start using great balls and then soon ultra balls to catch them. Also dusk balls don’t work on them.
Does heavy ball work on Gigantamax?
As near as I can figure, Dynamaxing/Gigantamaxing adds no weight whatsoever to a Pokemon, so if it’s not already heavy enough to reap the benefits of a Heavy Ball, then a Heavy Ball won’t be any more effective at capturing a Dynamax/Gigantamax Pokemon.
Is repeat ball or dusk ball better?
If it’s night, dusk balls, if you have it in the dex, repeat balls, if it’s a big/water type, net ball, and if it’s none of the above, Ultra ball. But for a guaranteed catch go with the obvious ball for that. Also if you host the G-Max, you got a better chance.
