For everything that doesn’t or can’t utilize QuickSync, of course, all bets are off.
But for most of the common computationally intensive tasks for gamers, ie streaming and maybe some video editing, QuickSync can be leveraged.
Quality wise, 10bit QuickSync H265 is really good.
